Here are a few suggestions to ensure that your requests are completed on time:
- Submit a request here as soon as you know a need is coming. This initiates a ticket with our team, so it is always in your best interest to use this form.
- As you have updates to your request, simply reply to the email confirmation you initially received. This keeps all communications and assets in one place.
- Please plan accordingly for a minimum of 5-7 business days to turn around requests.

For Radio specific urgent requests, reach out to moodyradioweb@moody.edu.
How to Format Your Request
Here are a couple of the best ways to format your request details:
- Reference the content section / page header that has content in need of updating.
- This works well for a few simple changes to a single page.
- You can say things like, "in the left column," "under the Admissions Resources header," or "in the navigation bar" to tell us which part of the page we will find the content to update.
- Copy the text on the page and paste it into a Word document with changes tracked.
- This works well for several / more detailed changes to a single page or several pages.
