Stationary Order Center
Whether you are a new liaison or looking for the “How To” on stationary orders and business card orders you are in the right place. Keep in mind the Ordering Center is available only for designated users.
If you are not the designated liaison for your department, please see the liaison list or contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. The designated department liaison serves as the point person in placing all your departments desired stationary items. If you are the new liaison for your department, please contact email@example.com to get set up with an account.
How to Place an Order:
For returning liaisons looking to place an order click on the following link:
This will direct you to the login page for the ordering center. Here you will enter in your username and password. The Ordering Center allows you to place orders for: Business Cards, Envelopes, Letterhead, Mailing Labels and Notecards.
When you are finishing placing your order remember that you are automatically approving that all given contact information is without error, and that cost-center and quantities are correct. (IMC thereby relinquishes responsibility of errors in contact information)
If anything needs to be edited after you have submitted your order the IMC production assistant will get in touch to notify you of these changes.
If you are in need of generic stationary items you can order them through CPO. Please contact Richard Tatina (firstname.lastname@example.org) for these items.
